Welcome to the 12th episode of the Horror Express. On this episode Jason and Ron talk about Curses. Also, we have a story about a curse with an Egyptian twist. No mummy’s just a bone! If that wasn’t enough, Jason has collected some interesting emails from you guys! So, come join us for this horrific train ride. How? Press the play button below.

Curses

A curse is any expressed wish that some form of adversity or misfortune will befall or attach to an entity, person, place or object. In particular, “curse” may refer to such a wish or pronouncement made effective by a supernatural or spiritual power by magic or witchcraft. A curse can also be called a hex or a jinx. In many belief systems, the curse itself (or accompanying ritual) is considered to have some causative force in the result. To reverse or eliminate a curse is sometimes called “removal” or “breaking”, and is often believed to require elaborate rituals or prayers.

HE #11 – The Bermuda Triangle

Welcome to the 11th episode of the Horror Express. On this episode Jason and I talk about the Bermuda Triangle. Also, the Computer joins the cast to introduce one of the creepiest old time radio stories we’ve ever had on either podcast. If that wasn’t enough, Jason has collected some interesting emails from you guys! So, come join us for this horrific train ride. How? Press the play button below.

Topic – The Bermuda Triangle

The Bermuda Triangle is a mythical area found in the Atlantic Ocean. Its boundaries are set by Miami, Bermuda and Puerto Rico. Many unexplainable events have occurred in this region. People, planes and even large ships have disappeared without a trace. In most cases the weather was fine and no distress signals were sent.

HE #10 – Psychic Bystander

Welcome to the tenth episode of the Horror Express. In this program Jason and I welcome Louisa Oakley Green aboard the train. Louisa is here to tell stories and talk about her new book, Sightseeing in the Undiscovered Country: Tales Retold by a Psychic Bystander. You can read more about Louisa here.

Our old time radio story for this trip comes from the pen of Jack London. Now, we know that London is not known for the scary stuff. However, this one is an exception. It is story of what it could be like if you got lost in the snowy tundra of the north. It comes from the OTR series, Sleep No More and its titled, To Build a Fire. It first aired on February 27, 1957.

So, get your tickets ready and for heaven’s sake don’t let the Conductor touch you!

I hope that you enjoy, The Horror Express 10
